I know about  long vowels its pronunciation are more long and the pronunciation of short vowels are very short.	I had some idea about the topic but I completed some things like the rule about the vowels alone in a word and when there is another vowel in the end of the words.	I have learnt how is the correct pronunciation of these vowels and the rules for each one.

Short vowels long vowels are two ways to use and pronounce the vowels (a,e,I,o,u and sometimes y and w). The rule is if the vowel is alone in a short word, you have to pronounce the short sound of the vowel and if it is a short word with a vowel in the end, we have to pronounce the long sound of the first vowel.
